The role involves collaborating with deal teams to create high-quality pitch materials and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with deal teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand pitch materials

Producing and formatting pitch books, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using Macquarie templates and custom layouts

Creating and enhancing graphics, tables, maps, and data visualizations for impactful communication

Animating slides and developing visual infographics for onscreen presentations

Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working with colleagues across time zones

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteAdobe Creative SuiteAdobe Acrobat ProDegree in designProject management

Required

1–3 years' experience in a presentation, graphics or production environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced, global environment

Degree or diploma in design, visual communications or a related field
