Content Manager
Anveta, Inc is seeking a Content Manager to oversee all aspects of the contents division. The role includes managing logistics, team leadership, and client communications while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise contents technicians and temporary labor as needed
Schedule daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure team productivity and accuracy
Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture aligned with our values
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal belongings during the restoration process
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate scope of work for pack-outs, cleaning, and storage needs
Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates to customers, project managers, and insurance representatives
Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients who may be dealing with traumatic events
Oversee pack-out, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-back processes
Ensure all items are handled, documented, and stored according to company standards
Use industry-standard software for inventory management and photo documentation
Manage specialty item cleaning (electronics, textiles, art, etc.) through internal processes or external vendors
Ensure chain of custody is maintained for all client items
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper storage practices within the contents warehouse
Track warehouse capacity, incoming/outgoing jobs, and long-term storage items
Oversee quality control for cleaning, deodorization, and packing
Ensure equipment (ultrasonic machines, drying equipment, odor chambers, etc.) is properly maintained and used safely
Create and maintain documentation for inventories, estimates, job notes, and billing support
Work closely with project managers to support job scoping and insurance documentation
Track labor, material usage, and job profitability within the contents division
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
Enforce safety protocols for team members, equipment, and handling of belongings
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards (IICRC), and insurance requirements
Qualification
Required
Previous Experience in Contents Restoration, disaster recovery, moving logistics, warehousing, or related field
Strong leadership and team-management experience
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50+ lbs
Proficiency with technology, including inventory systems and mobile job documentation tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Contents Restoration/Disaster Recovery: 5 years (Required)
Supervising: 2 years (Required)
IICRC Certification (Required)
Preferred
IICRC Certifications (Contents Processing, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Restoration, etc.)
Experience managing warehouse operations
Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, or restoration contractors
Knowledge of ultrasonic cleaning systems, Esporta/soft-goods cleaning, or electronics recovery

Assist in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management systems
Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents
Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with legal and compliance management staff, including enterprise-wide records management staff
Write, review, or execute plans for testing new or established document management systems
Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users
Document technical functions and specifications for new or proposed content management systems
Consult with end users regarding problems in accessing electronic content
