Responsibilities

Planning, executing, and optimizing event experiences that support business growth in the U.S. Wealth channel

Managing industry, third-party, and proprietary events such as conferences, roundtables, hosted programs, and virtual events

Building infrastructure capabilities for the Wealth channel globally

Expanding into new markets

Supporting business diversification

Raising capital from the Wealth channel, particularly as MAM US Wealth increases its focus on hosted events

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field

Ideally 3-5 years of event strategy, planning, and execution experience, preferably in financial services and a B2B environment

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners

Proficiency in event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Zoom, Teams) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), with a data-driven approach to reporting and program improvement
