Responsibilities

Ensure legal files are complete, accurate, and properly documented for court proceedings

Develop and maintain standardized legal workflows, procedures, and best practices

Monitor case progress, timelines, and outcomes and partner with attorney leadership to ensure efficiency and quality

Manage relationships with internal and/or external attorneys and other legal vendors

Conduct periodic performance evaluations and audits of legal vendors

Collaborate with compliance and attorney leadership to identify, mitigate, and resolve risks

Partner with attorney leadership to respond to audits, legal inquiries, and regulatory requests related to litigation activities

Develop and deliver reports on overall file performance, workflow, inventory status, stage performance, costs, and case outcomes

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership regarding strategy, reporting and efficiency

Serve as the primary point of contact for legal services reporting or process related questions within the organization
