Take end to end Ownership of Delivery of the programs within the portfolio and deliver them on time, on budget

Implementing clear program governance structure and maintain the same effectively
Manage different stakeholders including Oracle as product vendor
Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment and buy-in all levels

Proactively identify risks, communicate and plan to mitigate the same
Carrying out Executive communication & negotiation
Working in multi-vendor environments and demonstrate conflict management capabilities
Demonstrate a strategic thinking mindset
Measure & evaluate program performance and continuously drive improvement
Provide program insights, solution approaches, and delivery capabilities to strengthen proposals and client presentations
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing at least 3 large scale successful multi country Oracle transformation programs
Capable of implementing clear program governance structure and maintain the same effectively
Able to manage different stakeholders including Oracle as product vendor, manage expectations of diverse stakeholders by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment and buy-in all levels
Ability to work with diverse teams, nurture a positive working environment and thus drive high performance
Should be able to proactively identify risks, communicate and plan to mitigate the same
Capable of carrying out Executive communication & negotiation
Should have experience in working in multi-vendor environments and demonstrate conflict management capabilities
Should be able to demonstrate a strategic thinking mindset
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
Ability to measure & evaluate program performance and continuously drive improvement
Strong presentation and articulation skills
Preferred
Additional experience in Experience in ERP implementation service pre-sales/delivery for Oracle Cloud transformation engagements
Support pre-sales activities by providing program insights, solution approaches, and delivery capabilities to strengthen proposals and client presentations
