Responsibilities

Preparation and analysis of location P&L results

Preparation of budgets and forecasts and analysis to actual performance

Review of financial statements and account reconciliations

Data analysis for decision making and tracking performance progress

Management of Finance, Lot Trace, and Office Services personnel and functions

Calculations of location key metrics

Location compliance to all policies and procedures

Accountability for validity of location financial statements and representations

Management and development of Finance staff

Assure accurate, current, and complete information for government contracts

Communication of location results to plan and to performance objectives

Provide Financial leadership for evaluation of projects, plans, and investments

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business is required

Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 in manufacturing plant environment with strong P & L management, standard costing and asset management

Experience managing a minimum of a $100M P & L

Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Excel

Strong people management and leadership skills

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to influence and collaborate across functions

Project management expertise

Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
