Responsibilities

Lead requirements decomposition activities for aircraft environmental control systems on a range of projects and platforms

Participate in and support Verification and Validation of the system

Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives of Systems integration and architecture development

Team Leadership, including:

Staff capability development

Effective coordination and communication with:

Multi-disciplinary design teams

Systems engineering teams

Project management organizations

Internal and external customers

Technical leadership and oversight of:

Requirements decomposition and capture

Requirements validation

Requirement verification

Ownership and Leading field Issue troubleshooting and support
