Responsibilities
Map client workflows to specific AI capabilities (LLMs, automation, retrieval), converting technical architecture into business-ready language and ROI models for executives
Lead high-stakes demos, innovation roadshows, and workshops that demystify AI risks and inspire client confidence
Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, create value hypotheses, and recommend specific solution patterns and accelerators
Oversee the lifecycle of Proofs of Concept—from environment setup to learning capture—ensuring pilots convert into scaled, revenue-generating deployments
Author case studies and playbooks that position TP as an industry leader; coach internal teams on responsible AI narratives and objection handling
Unite Solution Architects, Engineering, and Security teams to ensure governance, trust, and readiness in all engagements
Co-design 10–15 high-value AI hypotheses with sales/delivery teams
Deliver 8–12 successful POCs that demonstrate quantifiable impact (speed, accuracy, CX metrics) and convert to scale
Produce 6+ major case stories or industry narratives establishing TP’s AI footprint
Qualification
Required
12+ years in AI, automation, or presales solution architecture, specifically supporting enterprise clients
Hands-on familiarity with GenAI/LLMs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and responsible AI guardrails
Proven track record leading discovery workshops and designing ROI-backed proposals that influence executive decisions
Ability to pivot seamlessly between technical diagrams and financial outcomes
Preferred
Background in BPO, CX technology, or large-scale operational environments
