Mid, Senior LevelLargeton Group is seeking an SAP EAM / PM Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management. The role involves engaging with clients to design and implement SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.

Responsibilities
SAP EAM client engagements in the design and implementations
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications
Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs
Configuration & Development: Setup /customize SAP EAM/PM functionalities (e.g., maintenance plans, work orders, inspection checklists, flexible workflows)
Process Design: Oversee end-to-end process design, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs
Integration: Collaborate with teams for seamless integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP) & 3rd party systems
Project Lifecycle: Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, and cutover
Support & Training: Troubleshoot issues, provide functional guidance, create documentation, and train end-users
Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions for operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong functional SAP EAM/PM experience in full lifecycle implementations
Strong SAP EAM/PM integration points knowledge
Experience with SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) or Digital Twin technology
Excellent communication skills

Stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving skills
Teamwork skills
Understanding of asset-intensive industries (Utilities or Oil/Gas industry experience is a must)
