Responsibilities
Recruit best-in-class talent across key roles—including private bankers, financial advisors, investment specialists, portfolio managers, real estate professionals, analysts, and more—to support our growing alternative investment platform
Collaborate with partner-level recruiters to gain new introductions and understand hiring strategies
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent from leading banks, investment management, and financial services
Build a teammate across public markets to help lead a team of HR/Recruiters toward a common goal while crafting career plans at BlueCrown
Stay up to date with competitive compensation structures, conduct quarterly reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Source and vet vendors, contractors, and partners to enhance organizational capabilities
Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement practices and create a culture where people can do their best work
Demonstrate proficiency across HR software systems to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making
Foster a positive and productive workplace through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conflict resolution
Stay ahead of changes in employment legislation and implement adjustments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Recruiting experience within Private Banking, Alternative Investments or a talent acquisition agency
Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven track record of building and managing teams from the ground-up, demonstrating sound research methodologies and effective recruiting programs
Bachelor's, Master's Degree, or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology with a focus on HR, or a related field
