Responsibilities

Evaluate patient’s medical history and physical condition

Diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and diseases

Provide comprehensive and continuous care for patients, including preventive care and disease prevention strategies

Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary

Develop and maintain a high standard of medical practice and clinical competency

Conduct research to improve patient health outcomes and healthcare delivery

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality

Stay informed about the latest advancements in internal medicine

Adhere to all relevant medical protocols and procedures

Qualification

Doctor of Medicine (MD)Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)Board certification in Internal MedicineAccredited residency in Internal MedicineUnrestricted medical licensureUnderstanding of internal medicine

Required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree

Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine

Board certification in Internal Medicine

Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Wyoming

Strong understanding of the principles and practices of internal medicine
