Responsibilities

Build research platforms: backtesting & simulation frameworks, reusable libraries, and reproducible workflows
Ship production pipelines: signal generation, data ingestion/validation, model training/serving, and monitoring
Enable portfolio construction & execution: tools that connect research to live risk, cost, and liquidity constraints
Own end-to-end projects: from problem framing with QRs/PMs → implementation → production → iteration
Operate on fast loops: adapt systems to fluid markets; prioritize commercial value and reliability

Required

1+ years in quantitative development or back-end/software engineering with evidence of end-to-end ownership
Proficiency in Python (and/or similar languages) and comfort with performant, production-grade code

Communication & commerciality: translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes

Preferred
