Wiwynn is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Testing Engineer to join their engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of server systems through execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of testing processes in a high-tech manufacturing and data-center environment.

Responsibilities

Execute and support functional, system, and validation tests on server platforms
Analyze test failures, review logs (BIOS, BMC, OS, HW), and perform troubleshooting
Perform basic to intermediate network configuration and troubleshooting, including switches, VLANs, IP addressing, and connectivity validation
Collaborate on improving test coverage and optimizing testing processes through automation and networking best practices
Document test results, failure analysis, and corrective actions
Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes
Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve technical and networking issues
Ensure compliance with quality, performance, and turnaround KPIs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, or related)
Solid knowledge of server hardware, Linux environments, and diagnostic tools
Minimum 3 years of Experience in the roll of Testing, Failure Analysis, Software engineer or related in a Manufacturing of servers
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a production environment
Technical English proficiency (reading and basic/intermediate communication)

Preferred

Experience with Cisco CLI, network troubleshooting tools
Python programming skills for automation, log analysis, and data processing
Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing basics, and switch configuration
Hands-on or exposure to Cisco networking devices and data-center connectivity
Experience in high-volume manufacturing, server testing, or data-center operations
