Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients (100+ a day), introducing them to Stuut's solutions and assessing their needs
Work 10+ Hours a day, with occasional weekends
Craft compelling email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and pique their interest in exploring Stuut's offerings
Maintain a consistent and organized outreach schedule to ensure a steady flow of new leads
Work in tandem with our Sales organization to create personalized, targeted strategies to generate demand with executive leadership at target accounts
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand the unique selling points of Stuut and tailor messaging to resonate with executive-level decision-makers
Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary information to close deals successfully
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach methods and suggest improvements based on prospect responses and market dynamics

BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience)
