Responsibilities

Perform pricing and rate lock duties of the Lock Desk each day for loan submissions and the pipeline. Administer rate extension and exception policies when requested

Perform administration of loan sales, which entails pooling loans, distributing loan tapes, preparing purchase schedules, and acting as the direct line of communication with investor

Coordinate the administrative duties of loan securitizations, which entails collecting various documents and signatures and validating loan populations on a monthly basis

Assist in the servicing administration of the originated loans including coordinating loan boarding and collection reporting

Coordinate the receipt and delivery of legal documents to the various financing and investor counter-parties

Perform other related duties as required and assigned
