Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and walk-in customers, assisting with rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, while helping resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
Coordinate daily equipment pick-ups and returns, keeping customers informed and expectations clear
Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support equipment availability, order fulfillment, and customer needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and basic reporting
Confidence discussing equipment specs, availability, and general operation (training provided)
Preferred
Prior customer service or branch operations experience preferred
