Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency and high customer service standards
Achieve monthly and annual sales goals and drive sustained sales growth
Partner with the Regional Showroom Manager to develop strategies for business growth, lead generation, and market trends
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training and performance management
Analyze sales performance and implement improvement initiatives
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
Develop, implement, and enforce sales processes and procedures
Collaborate with the Director of Showroom Product & Merchandising to maintain a profitable product mix
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail
Strong customer service focus and experience
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving sales growth
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and implement improvements
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Experience in developing and enforcing sales processes and procedures
Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments, such as merchandising
Preferred
Experience in the lighting or home décor industry
Familiarity with market trends in retail and design
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
