Responsibilities
Lead and develop property staff, fostering collaboration between management and supportive services
Oversee occupancy, leasing, budgets, contracts, and compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations
Ensure high-quality maintenance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your portfolio
Build relationships with residents, community partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support housing stability
Qualification
Required
5+ years leadership experience in housing or social services, including property management
Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC compliance, budgeting, and working with high-risk populations
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites
Preferred
CPM designation preferred
