Recognize opportunities for improvement and implement corrective action proactively

Organize and complete daily task requirements

Daily PO tracking administration

Maintain business-professional contact with vendors and suppliers

Ensure work orders are created for requests

Purchase orders must be entered accurately and correctly in a fast-pace mode

Filing old purchase orders daily

Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in fast pace work environment

Use of various computer systems and software

Assist others as needed

Use of Microsoft office software

Occasionally meet with internal team members, suppliers and or customers

Work with vendors and team members to meet customer expectations
