Responsibilities
The resource should have deep knowledge and expertise in R&D and manufacturing processes in life sciences or filters, slurries & chemicals manufacturing R&D solutions for the semiconductor industry
The goal is to identify and implement an ELN or similar solution tailored to Client business needs, used in the product research, development and discovery phase
Act as a knowledge partner, thoroughly understanding the R&D and manufacturing processes and workflows, and provide strategic guidance and recommendation on the most suitable software solution architecture
This would enable the design and implement of a robust, scalable, and compliant system that enhances collaboration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the organization in the product discovery and development area
Qualification
Required
Experience: 12-15 years
Mandatory 3 skills: Experience with chemicals manufacturing, R&D and Life sciences
Deep knowledge and expertise in R&D and manufacturing processes in life sciences or filters, slurries & chemicals manufacturing R&D solutions for the semiconductor industry
Experience with New Product Development/New Product Introduction (NPD/NPI) domain
Hands-on technical lead capabilities in developing packaged or custom application solutions
Experience with the domain and standard value chains, processes and reference architectures that enable it
Leveraging tools like LIMS, ELN, PLM, MES, etc
