Responsibilities
Lead the design, build, testing, and implementation of updates to the ServiceNow CMDB, including Configuration Item (CI) class configuration, relationship mapping, data model design, and the creation of business rules and workflows
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the project team to translate requirements into actionable solutions while reporting progress, issues, and potential resolutions to project management
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
Advanced expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Intermediate experience with ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
Intermediate knowledge of solution architecture
Proven ability to design and implement CI class configurations, relationship mapping, and data models
Strong experience creating business rules and workflows within ServiceNow
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and drive project success
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
