Responsibilities

Supervision of other staff
Knowledge and understanding of the budget
Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events
Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship building
Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout event/s
Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings
Assess overall success of event/s
Additional work-related tasks may be needed

Experience in planning and executing small to large scale resident and community-wide events
Event coordination skills from planning to execution

Skills in building excellent vendor partnerships and relationships
Ability to act as a social committee liaison and solicit input and involvement from residents
