Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
Oversee cross-functional teams including infrastructure, enterprise applications, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget
Develop detailed program plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
Drive acquisition integration projects to ensure seamless transitions and value realization
Monitor program performance using KPIs; report progress to senior leadership; adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
Manage stakeholder communications across global offices
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of the program lifecycle
Collaborate with Change Management teams to deliver strategies that assist staff and stakeholders throughout the transition, supporting adaptation to new technologies and processes
Recognize potential avenues for cost optimization and operational efficiencies within IT post-merger, including identifying redundancies and resource optimization
Support the integration of IT personnel and processes to establish a unified work environment
Undertake comprehensive assessments of the target’s IT systems, infrastructure, and capabilities to identify challenges and synergy opportunities
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience; a Masters degree with 6 years of experience managing complex projects/programs in mid-to-large organizations
Direct experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives in mid-to-large organizations
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth/acquisition
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and enterprise applications solutions is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred
+ PMP certification is preferred
Experience within the technology or SaaS sector is strongly preferred
Experience working in global environments across multiple time zones/offices is a plus
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
