Responsibilities

Drive our frontend technical vision through cross-functional collaboration with design and backend teams

Build sophisticated, responsive Vue.js applications that handle complex B2B financial data and workflows

Continuously improve our frontend engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team

Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber frontend engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility

Engage with customers to understand their workflow challenges and translate them into intuitive frontend solutions

Required

A minimum of 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience, with a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products at scale

Must have extensive experience with Vue.js and modern frontend ecosystem (Vue 3, TypeScript, state management, build tools)

Strong experience building complex, data-heavy frontend applications, preferably in B2B SaaS environments

Expertise in modern frontend technologies: TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and frontend testing frameworks

Strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building frontend systems and processes from the ground up

Willingness to engage directly with customers, understanding their workflow needs, and translating them into exceptional user experiences

Demonstrated ability to mentor frontend engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

A commitment to continuously grow and master your craft, with a relentless focus on customer pain points and how to address them through superior frontend experiences
