Responsibilities
Act as the strategic hub for cross-functional initiatives within Investments and Finance
Drive high-impact strategic projects with visibility to the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board of Directors
Distill complex financial themes into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
Collaborate across Investments, Finance, and Corporate Development to shape enterprise-level decisions
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Strategy Consulting, or similar roles
Experience in managing or advising on large-scale financial transactions (e.g., joint ventures, M&A, capital structure optimization)
Prior roles involving direct interaction with executives or senior decision-makers
Demonstrated success working across Finance, Investments, and Corporate Development teams
Deep knowledge of Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Institutional Investments
Familiarity with portfolio management concepts and risk-return trade-offs
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights
Exceptional ability to distill complex financial themes into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
Skilled in creating presentations and reports for C-suite and Board-level audiences
Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze complex financial and investment scenarios and propose innovative solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise-level decision-making and capital allocation
Preferred
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Financial services experience preferred; exposure to insurance or asset management is a plus
