Responsibilities
Educate seniors on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
Conduct compliant needs assessments and enrollments
Use SAI’s CRM, dialer, and EnrollHere platform for lead management
Maintain CMS-compliant documentation
Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
Support retention and long-term client relationships
Qualification
Required
Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced office environment
Strong commitment to CMS compliance
Preferred
Medicare experience preferred
