Organizational Development Consultant
Diverse Lynx is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to provide end-to-end change management support for large-scale Workday implementations. This role focuses on the Finance and Supply Chain domains and is integral to leading the people side of change across various project phases.

Responsibilities
Lead change management strategy for Workday Finance & Supply Chain implementations
Support modules including Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption plans aligned to Workday milestones
Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change risks and mitigation strategies
Partner with training teams on role-based learning and process redesign
Coach leaders and managers to drive adoption and sustain change
Measure adoption effectiveness and recommend corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading change management for Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain implementations
Strong understanding of finance and supply chain business processes
Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Hands-on use of structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Preferred
Healthcare or large enterprise environments
Multi-module Workday deployments
Organizational design or operating model transformation experience
