Support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, including petitions for H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, TN, and E-2 visas
Prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree
Candidate with 2+ years of experience
Experience in business immigration law
Good understanding of H-1B, E-2, E-3, L-1, and TN visas & employment-based immigrant petitions
Very strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
