Responsibilities

Bring enthusiastic, friendly guest service to every interaction
Serve food & drinks while keeping the café clean, stocked, and inviting
Support sales goals with a positive, proactive attitude
Manage lines safely and smoothly
Follow opening/closing procedures and uphold safety standards
Interact confidently with guests of all ages
Maintain a safe environment and support overall attraction operations

Qualification

Food service experienceCustomer service experienceCommunicationProblem-solving skillsTeamwork skills

Required

6 months – 1 year experience working in food service/concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
