Technical Project Specialist I

The University of Kentucky is seeking a Technical Project Specialist I to join the Public Health Analytics and Informatics department. This position will assist with the execution, planning, and tracking of project deliverables related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Demonstration Project regarding Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics.

Responsibilities

Assist with monitoring activities related to certification, quality measures and workgroups
Collaborate with sister agencies to ensure the success of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Demonstration Project regarding Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs)
Assist with the future planning of CCBHCs for the state beyond the demonstration

Required

None
Sitting/standing for long periods of time; performing repetitive motion tasks; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling of objects up to 25lbs.; intermittent job-related travel
Excellent communication and writing skills
Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting related to serious mental illness, addiction, and/or substance use disorders and understanding behavioral health policy
Microsoft Project, clarity, or other PM tool experience
