Responsibilities

Own the ERP roadmap aligned with PE value-creation initiatives, including EBITDA improvement, working capital optimization, and scalability

Partner with the CFO, operations leadership, and PE operating partners to align ERP capabilities with growth and exit objectives

Standardize processes and data models across locations, entities, and acquisitions

Ensure ERP effectively supports core distribution processes including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, credit, and collections

Oversee procure-to-pay, vendor management, inventory management, and demand planning

Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, turns, margin visibility, and fulfillment efficiency

Support warehouse and fulfillment operations through system optimization and integrations

Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts with a focus on speed, quality, and adoption

Support M&A activity including ERP due diligence, system integration, and post-acquisition standardization

Oversee integrations with WMS, TMS, CRM, eCommerce, EDI, and business intelligence platforms

Partner with Finance to ensure ERP supports timely and accurate month-end close

Ensure ERP supports multi-entity, multi-location accounting and consolidation

Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX-aligned processes

Improve dashboards, reporting, and analytics for leadership and PE stakeholders

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing ERP team

Establish ERP governance, change management, and documentation standards

Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and licensing to maximize ROI
