gpac is a highly respected and well-established law firm in Denver seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing estate planning practice. The role involves drafting estate planning documents, advising clients on wealth transfer and tax planning, and collaborating with attorneys to provide comprehensive client service.

Responsibilities
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer, tax planning, asset protection, and succession planning
Assist with trust and estate administration matters as needed
Work directly with clients to provide thoughtful, personalized planning solutions
Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive client service
Participate in business development and cultivate referral relationships (existing book or referral pipeline is a plus)
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
2+ years of experience in estate planning
Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills
Interest in building a long-term trusts and estates practice
Entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
Existing book of business or referral pipeline is a plus
