Responsibilities

Proactively expedite equipment/materials and manage vendor documentation, fabrication schedules, and logistics
Track deliverables, identify risks, and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders
Coordinate vendor and project meetings; provide status reporting on equipment and material readiness
Review invoices, resolve shipment issues, and support PO/contract closeout documentation
Coordinate deliveries to site and work with construction teams to ensure readiness

Required

8+ years of expediting experience in a high-paced project environment
Strong knowledge of expediting best practices, logistics, purchasing, and vendor documentation
Experience with mechanical packages and a broad range of equipment (mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation)
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Office; SharePoint, Oracle Cloud, or Salesforce is an asset
