They are seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensure compliance with payroll and tax laws, and support the Accounting team in maintaining financial operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process in-house bi-weekly payroll of 700+ employees using Ultimate Kronos Group, as well off-cycle manual checks and profit sharing and bonus payrolls

Confirm and/or submit quarterly and annual tax reports/statements generated by UKG. (state tax reports, 940's, 941's, W-2's, etc.)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in payroll and tax compliance laws (US, State, and Local)

Prepare and post Payroll related Journal Entries and Accruals

Develop and publish reports using the UKG Business Intelligence Tool
