Drive the performance and success of our Electrical staff, projects, and program teams through the development and mentorship of Junior Staff
Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact
Oversee and facilitate communication amongst internal and external Clients
Assist the team in achieving its mission and profitability goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering
Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in good standing
Preferred
Experience using AutoCAD and Revit
Specialized experience in the field of Engineering Systems
Specialized certification in Engineering related systems. [ADA, LEED, etc.]
