Technician, Aviation Maintenance
Walmart Inc. is seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Technician to join its Global Aviation Maintenance team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Walmart’s corporate jet fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate jet aircraft, including cleaning, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining structural, mechanical, and electronic systems
Troubleshoot and repair complex jet aircraft systems and components
Ensure aircraft and systems are in proper working condition prior to flight
Accurately complete maintenance documentation, records, and audits, including updates to computerized maintenance tracking systems
Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, company SOPs, Repair Station Quality Control Manual, and manufacturer maintenance manuals
Perform engine runs and taxi aircraft for troubleshooting using OEM checklists
Support ground operations, including towing, parking, hangaring aircraft, and assisting during inclement weather
Communicate effectively and collaborate with maintenance teams and flight department personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
Travel with or to company aircraft to support offsite maintenance as required
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Technician, Senior Manager, or Director of Maintenance
Qualification
Required
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
3-5 years of experience in Jet aircraft maintenance experience required
Ability to work rotating schedules and weekends
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3 years' experience as a licensed aircraft technician
1 years' experience maintaining complex aircraft electrical systems
Preferred
3–5 years of Embraer aircraft experience preferred
3+ years maintaining business jet aircraft
Praetor experience preferred
Avionics experience a plus
Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
