InternCLD PR & Experiential Productions is hosting an exciting Matte Collection Pilates Event focused on fitness and wellness. The role involves assisting with event setup, guest management, and ensuring a smooth event experience for VIP guests.

Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and production
Merchandising brand displays
Organizing and managing event inventory
Styling photo moments
Providing general support to our lead event producer
Guest check-in
Ushering guests
Assisting with content creation
Providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly
Help guide guests through different activation areas
Assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be 18 or over to apply
Enthusiastic individuals passionate about event production, brand collaboration, and creating memorable experiences
Ability to assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to the lead event producer
Availability to work on January 21st and January 22nd
Ability to assist with guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with content creation, and providing general production support on event day
Preferred
Experience working in similar events
