Engage and qualify inbound prospects through scheduled calls, follow-ups, and creative outreach
Lead consultative conversations to understand each person’s health goals, frustrations, and motivations
Explain Preemptive’s technology and care model clearly and confidently, helping people see its value
Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and automation tools (Attio, Calendly, etc.) for efficient, personalized follow-up
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share real-time feedback and improve conversion strategies
Contribute to building the sales playbook as one of the first members of the inside sales team — with opportunity to grow into leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–7 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, or tech-enabled services
Proven success in high-velocity B2C or member acquisition roles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with modern CRM and automation platforms
