Responsibilities

Perform trimming and packaging tasks as assigned to ensure efficiency and adherence to company procedures

Follow all instructions provided by supervision and work designated shifts

Monitor product quality and handle materials to minimize product loss

Ensure all packaging and trimming meet established quality standards

Communicate with other departments to maintain a smooth production flow

Provide support in other departments as needed, including relief duties

Assist in training new employees when required

Participate in sanitation processes as assigned

Attend and participate in required training sessions related to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and SQF

Apply and demonstrate knowledge of food safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times

Adhere to all company safety guidelines and food safety regulations

Meet or exceed standards in quality, sanitation, and production performance

Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
