IT Analyst – Executive Information Services
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with executive meeting requests and support
Provide advanced technical assistance for hardware and software challenges
Oversee the ordering and distribution of standard PCs, mobile devices, and software solutions
Lead client-focused IT projects to improve service delivery
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent, verified prior to start
Minimum one year of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support
Experience with technical customer service across various environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Three years of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support
Familiarity with iOS devices
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
