Responsibilities

Review due diligence documents along with the scope of work to prepare packages

Collaborate with internal team including acquisition project manager

Coordinate with outside A/E firms as needed on projects

Collaborate with development team to develop standards for design packages

Collaborate with real estate, operations, construction, and facilities teams to ensure consistent alignment

Maintain positive and professional working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners

Collaborate with development team to research building material specification options

Create exhibits needed for lease documentation and/or Landlord / Review Board approval

Architectural CAD Designer will interact with all levels of the Retail Development group along with external Architects and Engineers

Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion

Required

Associate degree in Architectural Technology or a related field

AutoCAD – Recent Version

Photoshop – Recent Version

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

2+ years of experience in a design related position preferred

Experience working with commercial retail projects is preferred

Knowledge of Lucernex and Bluebeam is a plus
