Enter and manage customer invoices into QuickBooks
Maintain a schedule of values and progress billings
Track and collect receivables from commercial customers
Apply and reconcile payments
Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies
Monitor A/P Aging and process payments as directed
Enter and reconcile company credit card transactions
Qualification
Required
Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience within the construction industry
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook
Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
