Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyzing business processes in energy trading and risk management
Providing recommendations for process enhancements
Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of business needs and technical solutions
Supporting execution of test plans
Assisting in troubleshooting issues
Providing insights for decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in business analysis and documenting business requirements to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients
Knowledge and experience in business processes, particularly within energy trading and risk management environments
Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Endur software and ETRM systems is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
