Handle high-stakes, complex disputes for institutional and growth-stage clients
Work in lean, trial-ready teams with access to corporate, regulatory, and finance partners for cross-practice client expansion
Qualification
Required
3–8+ years of litigation experience
Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills
Experience in complex civil, regulatory, or commercial disputes
Established portable book of business (for Partners)
Practices in commercial, regulatory, securities, or high-stakes defense (for Partners)
Active U.S. bar membership required
Preferred
Desire for better economics, deeper support, and stronger referral flow (for Partners)
