InternReferU.AI is a leading innovator in legal technology, and they are seeking a Front End Developer Intern to revamp their website using Webflow. The intern will be responsible for integrating the front end with the existing Node.js backend and ensuring best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

Responsibilities
Revamp + migrate our website to Webflow
Rebuild our current website in Webflow
Improve structure and maintainability so marketing can iterate faster without engineering bottlenecks
Ensure best practices for SEO, analytics, accessibility, and performance
Connect Webflow to our existing Node.js backend
Wire the new Webflow front-end experience into our backend services
Implement integrations such as:
API connections (forms, lead capture, account flows, scheduling/booking)
Webhooks / middleware where needed (e.g., n8n or custom Node endpoints)
Auth-aware experiences (if applicable)
Tracking + event instrumentation so we can measure funnel performance
Ship a production-grade site
Set up a clean deployment workflow, environments, and reliable handoff documentation
Ensure the site stays stable as product evolves
Qualification
Required
Strong Webflow build experience (responsive layouts, CMS, components, interactions, clean class structure)
Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills and comfort working with Node.js + APIs
Experience integrating Webflow sites with backends (REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, third-party services)
Comfort with Git/GitHub, shipping clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with designers
Ability to troubleshoot production issues across frontend + backend boundaries
Preferred
Next.js/React experience for parts of the site that need more dynamic behavior than Webflow alone
Familiarity with auth patterns (JWT, sessions, OAuth) and secure handling of forms/data
Strong SEO + performance chops (Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, sitemap strategy)
Experience setting up analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Segment, PostHog, etc.)
Startup experience: you can move fast without sacrificing quality
