Biocare Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers and process information regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. The role involves maintaining customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication with various departments to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

Process customers’ orders received by phone, email, fax, or e-commerce

Provide clients with pricing information and availability of the product

Review and analyze customer credit record to make sure customer is on good credit terms before orders are processed

Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure customers on credit hold are paying their past-due orders before orders are released

Invoice orders processed on the same date

File all orders, invoices, and purchase orders

Handle customer complaints and returns

Maintain good communication with all departments involved in the process such as: sales, shipping, manufacturing, and accounting to ensure our customers receive the best customer Service

Initiate customer complaints and reply to customer after investigation is complete

Generate Return Materials Authorizations (RMA) for returned product

Post Sales Batch invoices to allow accounting to generate the daily sales number for shareholders

Other duties as assigned by Management
