InternCTC EdTech LLC is seeking an Automation & Business Systems Intern (Google Workspace) to support the development of internal tools, workflow automations, and structured operational systems. This role is ideal for students who enjoy building systems, automating workflows, and working with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain Google Sheets and Excel-based tools
Develop and manage Google Apps Script (triggers, workflows, automation logic)
Use JavaScript for automation logic and validations
Integrate APIs with Google Sheets and internal tools
Automate workflows across Google Workspace (Forms, Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
Support task automation and project tracking systems
Write basic HTML/CSS for templates or lightweight internal interfaces
Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for operational workflows
Assist with improving internal systems and process efficiency
Support workflow coordination across internal teams
Identify and reduce manual operational work through automation
Create and maintain technical documentation (scripts, workflows, systems)
Prepare non-technical and operational documentation
Assist with legally compliant internal documentation and SOPs
Use AI tools and prompting to support documentation, reporting, and automation logic
Support internal and client coordination related to systems and reporting
Assist with task follow-ups and structured communication
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master's student
Basic to intermediate experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace
Exposure to Google Apps Script or JavaScript (or willingness to learn quickly)
Authorized to participate under CPT or Initial OPT (minimum 8 months remaining)
Based in or strongly associated with the San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Available to commit at least 20 hours per week
Strong communication, documentation, and follow-through skills
