Responsibilities

Deliver ProClinical support in customer accounts with clinical theories, principles and concepts
Understand market strategy with in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings
Support customer facing activities including voice of customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Propose insights and recommendations to enhance the delivery of ProClinical service offerings, ensuring improved outcomes for both the business and the customer
Analyze multiple data sources to develop multi-disciplinary action plans based on market insights
Provide feedback and assist in the development of new tools and ProClinical service offerings within the business unit and the division

Qualification

RN licensureBachelor’s degree in nursingNursing informatics certificationQuality management certificationProject management certificationClinical Nurse Specialist experienceClinical Educator experienceCustomer relationship managementData analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related clinical field required
Minimum 4 years in nursing or related clinical field
RN licensure or other clinical related licensure required
Able to travel up to 75% annually

Preferred

Certification in nursing informatics, quality and/or project management preferred
Experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or as a Clinical Educator is preferred
