Responsibilities

Identify and support implementation of incremental savings for direct procurement

Launch New Products (NPI) on time as per the date and cost committed at M4 stage gate

Implement 1 AI initiatives focused replacing repetitive or highly-manual tasks

Lead the day-to-day operational and strategic engagement with component suppliers and CMs, ensuring high performance across quality, cost, delivery, and service metrics

Implement sourcing strategies that align with broader business goals, driving improvements in cost competitiveness, supplier capability, and supply chain scalability

Own negotiations for commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, and cost reductions. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Serve as a key interface between component suppliers, internal stakeholders (including Engineering, Supply Planning, and Quality), and finished goods CMs to align on schedules, specifications, and performance expectations

Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and reduce exposure to volatility in the global supply chain

Leverage spend analytics, supplier scorecards, and market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions and supplier development initiatives
