Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations using Cinema 4D
Create visually compelling assets for broadcast, digital, social, and in-stadium platforms
Support real-time or rapid-turnaround creative for matchdays, league moments, and special campaigns
Collaborate with art directors, motion designers, editors, and producers to execute creative concepts
Adapt existing templates and develop new 3D assets as needed
Ensure all work aligns with MLS brand standards and visual guidelines
Manage multiple assignments and deliverables while meeting fast-paced deadlines
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Cinema 4D Designer or 3D Motion Designer
Proficiency in Cinema 4D (Redshift, Octane, or similar render engines preferred)
Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, materials, and rendering workflows
Experience integrating 3D assets into After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work independently and respond quickly to feedback
Strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams
Portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D motion design work
Preferred
Experience in sports, broadcast, or live-event environments
Familiarity with real-time graphics, templated workflows, or broadcast packages
Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Houdini, or other 3D tools
Passion for sports storytelling
